Individual support during the building phase
fischer offers planners and building owners innovative solutions for all their requirements regarding installation fixings. One important service is full support from the planning stage to the point of installation, beginning with the customised development of the installation grid for the building task at hand, customer-specific plans, fire protection computations, alternative solutions, working out CAD details and fixed point designs.
fischer offers product specification at the building design phase, supported by our own calculation software. We support specialist planners in quantity surveying and pricing. Another very important service feature is on-site consulting at the building site and customer support throughout the entire construction period.
SaMontec installation grid
SaMontec is fischer’s fixing range for the sanitary, HVAC and air-conditioning trades. It provides optimal solutions for the safe and clearly structured routing of pipe, data, supply and utility lines. This highly adaptable, modular installation grid is extremely easy to install and provides for streamlined and efficient supply engineering in production buildings.
Mounting rails and special fixing elements from the SaMontec range create a separate installation level underneath the ceiling of the production hall. All media such as heating, gas, water and power cables, as well as compressed air and data cable routes required inside a production building can be mounted in this way and assembled easily and quickly to the new level at any point in relation to the production floor. The installation grid also takes elements such as light fittings, ventilation elements, cameras and loudspeakers, even suspending a maintenance walkway.
fischer SaMontec is suitable both for major projects and new buildings and for retrofitted installations in existing buildings. The installation grid is not only practical, convenient and adaptable for faster and more efficient work processes in factories and production halls, it also offers planners and architects interesting and exciting new design options.
Professional service
A team of highly qualified field technicians advises craftsmen and specialist traders individually and on site. The hotline of fischer’s Application Engineering division offers customers fast and professional help in all fixing and anchoring issues. The design programs COMPUFIX, RAILFIX and REBARFIX developed by fischer are available free. And fischer’s Technical Handbooks are classic reference books for general and special applications in earthquake zones, for fire protection, under extreme weather conditions and numerous other applications. Another unique service is the fischer AKADEMIE. Traders, dealers and craftsmen call at the customer centre at the Tumlingen headquarters and worldwide to be instructed thoroughly and with hands-on in selling, marketing and using fischer products and their wide range of uses.
